Grant Process
Our 2026 Initiatives
Trinity Health Foundation’s 2026 grant initiatives include the following six topics: Community Partnerships to Address Behavioral and Mental Health Wellness & Addiction, Youth Health Initiative: Mental Health / Addiction / ACEs, Access to Housing, Access to Care for Vulnerable Populations, and Open Topic.
Grant Eligibility
The 2026 Trinity Grant Cycle is open to all 501(c)(3) organizations in our service area, which includes Knox County and the surrounding contiguous counties. Phase II winners from the previous year will not be eligible for consideration in the current year's proposal cycle.
Process & Key Dates
Trinity implements a two-phased proposal/grant process, seeking partners to address posted topics of interest (initiatives) related to the general health and well-being of our region. Trinity’s grants are designated into two divisions, Small Grants Division and Large Grants Division.
