Evergreen Community Development Corporation seeks to support the Young Moguls Program, an entrepreneurship and leadership initiative serving middle and high school students. Many young people—particularly those in underserved communities—lack access to practical financial education, business training, and exposure to entrepreneurship as a viable career pathway. Traditional education often emphasizes employment readiness but does not equip students with the skills, confidence, and mindset necessary to create their own economic opportunities.

The Young Moguls Program addresses this gap by providing a structured, interactive entrepreneurship curriculum that teaches students to develop business ideas, build financial literacy, develop business models, create brands, and pitch their ventures. Over the course of the program, students will engage in hands-on activities, group collaboration, and real-world simulations that move them from idea generation to business presentation.

Participants will strengthen critical thinking, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills while gaining a practical understanding of wealth-building and economic empowerment. The program culminates in a pitch presentation where students showcase their business concepts to peers, families, and community leaders.
