Biography
Margaret Ritchie has a long record of service in the Knoxville community, with particular interests in education and pastoral care. She taught in the College of Education at the University of Tennessee and at Webb School of Knoxville, served as the director of the Tennessee Tutoring Corps following the pandemic, and was a chaplain at the University of Tennessee Medical Center. Margaret graduated from Vanderbilt University and completed her doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration at the University of Tennessee. She currently serves on the Lakeshore Conservancy Board and the Four Market Square/Knoxville Fellows Board. Margaret and her husband Wayne are members of Sequoyah Hills Presbyterian Church and have two adult children.
