Breast Connect

Connect to Conquer, a partnership initiative between Breast Connect (BC) and Courage Conquering Cancer (CCC), will offer post-diagnosis assistance, patient education, and psychosocial support for breast cancer patients in the East Tennessee Region. Patients in need within the 16-county service area are eligible. The program will provide access to post-surgical breast surgery and transition-to-home supplies containing patient-recommended essential items for recovery. In addition, (BC) will provide patients with educational information, programs, and tools to foster proactive, informed cancer care decisions in collaboration with health care providers through educational and psychosocial strategies. Special outreach efforts will be designed to assist racially diverse and medically underserved patients.
