The APEX Leadership Initiative is a cutting-edge, robust leadership program designed to discover, develop, and deploy next-generation thought leaders who could benefit from our city’s well-experienced, high-value leaders of wisdom. The initiative would target young adults aged 21 to 40, strongly emphasizing minority recruitment. Its primary goal is to equip and educate the current generation in ethical leadership and selfless service to others. The rise or fall of any healthy community has everything to do with the competency and character of the leader.
