FMC Mental Health for the Working Poor with Component of Opioid Treatment
FMC Mental Behavioral Health and related to Opioid Recovery, Treatment, and Care seeks to implement a no-charge blended (interrogated) care approach that maximizes a “one-stop-shop” for rural and minority, low-income, underserved, and uninsured patients in their eight-county service area (for this program) as a true comprehensive Wraparound Recovery System of Care. Grant funding will ensure they create this comprehensive care system to increase recovery, treatment results, and outcomes. The FMC care will increase the rates for recovery (an individualized, intentional, dynamic, and relational process involving sustained shared efforts to improve the wellness of our rural, minority, low-income, and uninsured residents). Their Strategy includes an evidence-based approach that creates the necessary care environment that individuals and families need by providing all the vital tools, services, networks, care, and support for recovery to occur.
