Biography
Jay Slagle, a native of Knoxville and serves as a Senior Advisor with Rather & Kittrell, where he works with individuals and families to accomplish their financial goals. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee. Upon graduation, he participated in the Knoxville Fellows Program, a residential leadership development program that provides the opportunity to serve the community and grow spiritually and professionally. After the Fellows Program, Jay returned to the University of Tennessee to complete a Master's in Business Administration, where he concentrated on Finance. He joined Rather and Kittrell in 2012 and enjoys helping clients make wise decisions with their money.
Jay and his wife Kelci have a daughter named Lily and another child on the way. They are members of Cedar Springs Presbyterian Church. Jay enjoys playing golf and cheering on the Tennessee Vols.
