Biography
Katharine Killen is the Vice President of Programs and Chief Operating Officer of the East Tennessee Foundation. In this role, she works closely with the ETF team to ensure service excellence and oversees its philanthropic services. With nearly 20 years of experience in community relations, her background includes work in the public, private and nonprofit sectors. A 2019 Leadership Knoxville graduate, Killen previously served on the boards of the Knoxville-Knox County Community Action Committee, Knox County Imagination Library, and News Sentinel Charities, Inc. She is a Knoxville native and a graduate of the University of Tennessee. She lives in Knoxville with her husband Roger and son Anthony.
