Lynn was appointed president and executive director of the Trinity Health Foundation on January 1, 2025. A compassionate servant leader with exceptional organizational and leadership skills, she brings both heart and purpose to her role. Her passion for Trinity’s work is evident in her enthusiasm and unwavering dedication to advancing its mission and creating greater impact in the community.

She believes meaningful relationships are at the heart of Trinity’s work. Building connections throughout the community gives her the opportunity to listen, learn, and better understand the nonprofit organizations Trinity is privileged to partner with and the people they serve. She finds great joy in these relationships and in working alongside others who share a commitment to building a healthier, more connected, and thriving community. She and her husband, Paul, reside in Knoxville and have one son.
